The Wyoming Department of Education is pleased to offer WAVES sessions, which are virtual professional development training. These trainings can be used to increase personal knowledge of special education topics or for districts to train staff. All sessions are recorded virtual training offered free of charge. Practical Approaches to Designing and Implementing Specially Designed Instructional Adaptations
Dr. Tessie Bailey will lead you through this 3-part series focused on the three areas of instructional adaptations necessary for designing and implementing specially designed instruction (SDI): content, methodology, and delivery. Each interactive session will dive into one of the areas of SDI adaptations and provide practical and effective approaches to designing and implementing those SDI adaptations. Participants will have access to resources they can use following each session. You must register to receive the Zoom meeting information (all sessions will be virtual).
