- Coming soon Discovery Through Transition
Students with significant complex needs, sometimes require specialized instruction and supports to attain skills needed to get post-secondary training and employment, without these skills this transition can sometimes be challenging. This year, The Wyoming Department of Education Vision Outreach, is working with two different target tracks; a Community of Practice group who helped to develop Wyoming specific Discovery guides to help drive transition planning for those working with our students with Complex Needs and a track for those brand new to the Discovery Process. Through this work, the districts involved will receive training through a mix of web-based training, district specific coaching, and access to resources and materials to work to implement the Discovery Process in their districts.
